built around a white oak vanity.
Demo and rebuild of the existing master bath: arched shower entry, full-height tile, hidden linear drain, custom 9-ft white oak vanity, new lighting, ventilation, and pocket door. Two vendors, customer-supplied finishes.

Resolve cabinet vs. construction schedule conflict
Decide by July 5
Marcos plans to start July 13 and finish in ~5 weeks (mid-August). Christian's cabinet lead time is ~10 weeks from deposit — that puts the vanity arrival at late August at earliest, or mid-September if we wait. Three options: (1) pay Christian's deposit this week so vanity arrives ~Aug 30; (2) accept that Marcos installs everything except the vanity and returns later; (3) push Marcos's start date.

Marcos has approx. 9' × 32" arched opening. The inspiration "arch-use-this" reference and the green-arch images are the look we're going for. Final exact dimensions to be marked on-site before demo.
